Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are shipped on the next working day. A confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Deliveries within Pakistan usually take 3–7 business days, depending on the city and courier availability. Remote areas might take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
A flat fee of Rs. 250 applies for orders below Rs. 3,000. Enjoy free delivery on all orders above Rs. 3,000.
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your parcel’s journey directly on the courier’s website.
Delays & Public Holidays
Occasional delays may occur during festive seasons, sales, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and assure you that your order will reach you as soon as possible.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to make it right.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure you contact our support team within this time frame to initiate your return.
Condition
Items must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging. Products that show signs of use or tampering may not qualify for a return.
Return Process
Contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order details. Our team will review your request and guide you step-by-step through the return or exchange procedure.
Refund Time
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection and approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or preferred channel.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that opened food products or items damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return or refund for hygiene and safety reasons.
