    🥗 Mediterranean Olive Oil Salad Dressing

    Ingredients:

    • 4 tbsp Ames Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 2 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp Ames Oregano Leaves
    • ½ tsp salt & pepper

    Method:

    Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Drizzle over fresh salad greens or roasted vegetables. Serve immediately.

    🍝 Garlic Olive Oil Pasta

    Ingredients:

    • 200g spaghetti pasta
    • 4 tbsp Ames Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 4 cloves garlic (sliced)
    • 1 tsp chili flakes
    • Fresh parsley for garnish

    Method:

    Cook pasta until al dente, reserve ½ cup pasta water. Heat Ames Olive Oil in a pan, sauté garlic until golden. Add chili flakes, pasta, and a splash of pasta water. Toss well and garnish with parsley.
